  • No cancellations are accepted once an order is placed

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged
  • Customers must provide clear photo proof of the damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees when sending the damaged item back for exchange
