  • All items listed on this site are pre-orders
  • Delivery dates are not yet confirmed. We will update customers as soon as we have shipping information from our suppliers

Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong)

  • Once items are in stock, orders will ship within 7 business days
  • Local delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • All local deliveries will be handled by SF Express. Please make sure the recipient's name, address and phone numbers are provided to avoid delay or worse, items go missing

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination (usually 7–21 business days after dispatch).
  • Tracking is provided where available

Taxes & Duties

  • Hong Kong is tax-free, so we do not charge sales tax
  • International customers may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by their country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Please check your local customs regulations before ordering
